Hand in Hand for Development (HIHD) supports vulnerable and marginalized groups in Rwanda within the historical context of colonization and civil war. HIHD prioritizes improving education, building vocational skills, and awareness campaigns for human rights. The project will research ways to empower women in business, improve literacy for marginalized groups, and improve education for children with albinism disabilities.
